Although the entity carries out its activities in a grocery store located in Cassà de la Selva, Carretera de Riudellots s/n, this establishment is occupied by virtue of a business premises lease agreement granted on January 1, 2025.

The company involved in the transaction operates in Girona, specifically in the food sector, as a supermarket and prepared food establishment (grill), and has, broadly speaking, the following characteristics:

1. It currently has 4 employees.
2. The activity is carried out in a leased property, so the company does not own any real estate.
3. The production unit has machinery, facilities and other movable assets necessary for the development of the activity.
