Built in the late 80s by two university researchers who sought to create a space from the landscape and silence, providing comfort, and thus allowing creative inspiration in the construction of projects. It currently has a tourist use license and is for sale due to lack of generational replacement. The construction of the house sits above a basement that acts as a storage room and moisture protector, favoring the ventilation of the house. It currently has 4 bedrooms for 8 people, 3 full bathrooms, 1 large living room - dining room on the ground floor, a library on the first floor and a large space
meeting room with a small meditation room on the second floor next to a shielded space for a panic room and/or security issues, with a sofa bed with a trundle if necessary.
