The sale of the assets at public auction will, in all cases, be free of liens and encumbrances, with the exception of those inherent to the assets (such as liens, technical obligations, etc.), real rights limiting ownership, and charges arising from debts not included in the bankruptcy estate. Once the corresponding or appropriate adjudication or sale contract has been executed, the Bankruptcy Administration will submit a copy thereof to the Court in order to proceed with the cancellation of any encumbrances on the transferred assets, in accordance with the provisions of Article 225 of the Spanish Bankruptcy Law (TRLC). The Bankruptcy Administration will request the order for cancellation of any encumbrances, although the cost of registering their removal from the Land Registry will be borne by the purchaser.
